Sparked Desire

Happy New Years Eve!! I really wanted to do something that would be reminiscent of fireworks. So, I started searching for pictures and one of the first ones I saw was this one...

So, I did what I could to try to capture the sparkle aspect of it. I hope you guys have a great time with your New Years and good luck with your resolutions. Mine is to eat healthier (and more often) and really keep at this blog.

Violet Sunset

Hey guys! I hope everyone's New Years was awesome! I had a great time last night. Especially since the Kings won against the Canucks. (I'm a really big hockey fan!) The sunset is always a great place to get inspiration from. I love colorful looks too, so I had so much fun with making this. :) Plus, Sugarpill is amazing to work with. I can not wait to get my hands on their Burning Heart palette which is FINALLY back in stock!

I was looking at Sugarpill's Magpie eyeshadow when I came up with this look. Magpie is such a gorgeous color, blue with specks of green. I wanted it to be the focus in the look- it's a color that definitely deserves to have the center of attention.

Candy Cane Eyes

Hey! I was really nervous about starting a blog, but I decided that I need to overcome my nerves. I first started out with watching tutorials from Leesha (xSparkage), and then started reading blogs. My favorite being Ronnie's BowsAndCurtseys. Reading her blog is what initially made me realize that I can do it! So here it goes!
I know that a Christmas look is a few days late, but I absolutely loved how it turned out. Therefore, it needed to be my first post for my blog! The Christmas tree this year had some candy canes on it which made me think about doing the candy cane eyes. The greens in the crease and the brown on the lower lash line represent the tree.
